Give Afghan Women the Right to Choose
Women and girls in Afghanistan deserve the same basic human rights as every other person in the world.
Every woman should have the freedom to decide how she lives, how she dresses, whether she studies, works, speaks, or participates in society. No one should be forced to hide their face or cover their body against their will. Clothing should be a personal choice—not something imposed through fear or punishment.
Millions of Afghan women have lost opportunities to receive an education, build careers, and live freely. These restrictions affect not only their futures but also the future of their families and their country.
We call on the international community, governments, and human rights organizations to continue supporting Afghan women and girls, to defend their dignity, and to encourage the protection of their fundamental rights.
This petition is not against any religion, culture, or tradition. It is in support of one universal principle: every woman deserves the right to choose her own path, her own future, and her own voice.
Freedom is not a privilege. It is a human right.
Stand with the women of Afghanistan.
Let them learn.
Let them work.
Let them speak.
Let them choose.
