Demand End To People being fined for not filling in Electorial Register

My Major concern is due to having NO FAITH or CONFIDENCE in any politician, and feel based on this that people have the right to refuse to fill in the electoral register without fear of being fined and that an enquiry why people refuse to fill the form made clear and precise. The reason of this, I have evidence that shows the United Kingdom is NO LONGER a Sovereign Nation due to the execution of Article 50 (Brexit), due to the Treason Sedition Edward Heath committed in 1971/2 (Which made HM Queen Elizabeth II also commit the same crime). When Theresa May Invoked Artice 50, she knowingly or unknowingly committed Treason and Sedition herself making HM Queen Elizabeth II commit Treason and Sedition for the second time. This is the reason for the fine of £1000 to be abolished because of the TRUE facts of what has been committed
