Zittau's old histirical center was not destroyed during WW II and is famous for its baroque and neo-classic buildinmgs. Now the towns authorities decided to have AVW Real Estae AG Hamburg to build an oversized shoppingcenter there and want some histiorical buildings pulled down in order to construct a new building which is far too big for Zittau with only 28.000 inhabitants on the way to decline. We do nee many supporters as this plan has to be stopped immediately.
