We demand accurate billing! We demand a change in how you bill customer's

The billing is out of wack we get multiple charges for no reason. We pay what the bill states then get late charges. Spoke with multiple agents and they stated they do not understand the bill. But the account has been flagged and they will not transfer to any other dept. Until late fees are paid. All bills have been paid according to what they sent and agree with! But nothing can be done

Comcast/xfinty has taken so much money from consumers. We demand someone to explain why  Comcast/xfinty has taken advantage of the consumers.
