To put a stop to the lunatics on bikes in reddish

Constant driving up and down by the bikers, knowing full well there is a lot of children and elderly residents who live in the neighbourhood.
Also driving carelessly doing wheelies, over taking cars on main roads, not showing any compassion for other drivers on the roads or pedestrians on the pavements.
We need to get this stopped before someone gets KILLED !!!!!

Outcome of this by getting better police enforecement in place and also to get seizure of illegal bikes crushed.
