Reduce Immigration

The US continues to be in a flat econlmy.  This because of the policies of the Prresident and lack of responibily ofCongress

Inorder to get the economy and create enough jobs.  i proplse that immigration be reduced and even elimited in to the negative figures.  That businesses that hire illegal and other recent immigrants first should be taxed a higher raate to off set the welfare cost.   Business that hire US citizens only have there tax rate reduced.
