Demand an end to cloud seeding in Wichita Falls

Cloud seeding is costing tax payers money! There isnt any evidence that it worked last year and in fact the lake levels are even lower now than they were at the time that cloud seeding stopped, which is a waste and poor allocation of our money. Chemicals are being shot into the air that we breathe, and though it doesn't affect a large percentage, it can affect the health of a percentage of the population. This use of funds is not supported by a large number of tax payers, and we want our voices heard.
