End obnoxious smells and sounds in Mechanicsburg

1st pressing issue: Every day- other day the train comes through Mechanicsburg and makes ruckus with its horn, I mean.... seriously, if you can't see a train or even the train track barricade with the flashing lights then you shouldn't be driving!

2nd pressing issue:There is a horrible smell that lingers for hours and I dont know where it comes from but I've been told it's the purina dog food plant, but it makes the whole town smell like burning wet dog food and it disgusting, I'm sure parents don't want to expose there kids to the nasty toxins that smell is caused from!
