Remove Conscientious Vaccination Exemptions

Two years ago our state had measles outbreak that was traced back to families that chose to not vaccinate their children enrolled in public school. We need to remove that option for anyone enrolled or enrolling in Minnesota public schools to minimize the chance of another outbreak occurring.
