Protect our native Flora! Stop mowing roads in Mills County, Iowa until dormant season

We need to have a dialogue with officials in Mills County, Iowa to stop mowing roadsides during high pollination/seeding cycles. This practice is a detriment to wildlife, native Flora, our environment, our community beauty, and a waste of tax payers' money. A compromise would be to wait until an agreed upon date during the dormant season.
