Nadel & other toxic insecticides being sprayed to kill zika mosquitoes also kills endangered honey bees, beneficial insects, bats, birds, fish that eat mosquitoes & mosquito larvae. Zika mosquitoes will become resistant to insecticides/pesticides. There are methods available to kill zika mosquitoes that don't harm the environment. Currently microcephaly in human fetuses is only serious consequence of zika virus. Women should postpone pregnancy until a zika virus vaccine is developed/if already pregnant, mothers should stay indoors & if necessary to go out, wear insect repellant & cover their bodies as much as possible with clothing. Without drastic action demanding cessation of aerial & backpack spraying of pesticide poisons, federal & state governments will continue to poison us & Mother Earth's beneficial creatures. Please push for "clean" destruction of zika mosquitoes & possibly a gift, such as the Nobel Prize, to encourage university & other development of a zika virus vaccine. Thank you.
