Demand an end to littering in Worcester, Massachusetts

     My petition is crucial because the littering situation in District 4 in Worcester, Massachusetts has become untenable.  Neighbors of mine- especially home-owners, are very concerned with this particular problem.  In addition to being a health issue, littering creates environmental hazards and plummeting real estate values in this area.  It also teaches children who personally witness this eyesore a very wrong message.  I am advocating for trash receptacles as well as "No Littering" signs posted in various, public places.  I am also hoping that the local police start fining people for public littering.  After all, acting so irresponsibly toward the environment shows a lack of neighborhood pride.
