Royal Farms is trying to open a Gas Station next to its existing store.
It will create a lot of traffic at a already busy intersection!

Royal Farms is trying to build a GAS STATION next to its existing store at the corner of Smith Avenue and Old Pimlico Road.  We strongly oppose this action within a residential neighborhood.  Such an establishment will likely result in:

• Additional traffic congestion leading to chance of bodily injury and longer traffic delays.
• Increased risk of health hazards and damage to the environment due to gas emissions and exposure to toxic chemicals.
• Air and soil pollution.
• Risk of increased level of crime, which already exists at this site.
• Increased noise level.
• Decreased home property values.
• Danger to children crossing the streets.
• Royal Farms is now open 24/7 which is causing enough frustration to the neighborhood due to the noise and delivery trucks.
