"The Darren Wilson Last Resort" petition

This petition should be signed in order to make police officers get re-trained and using non-lethal tactics first rather than first resort to using firearms and then hide behind the following rhetoric "I was in fear of my life". police officers are trained in hand to hand combatives and have non-lethal equipment that can be used to subdue individuals before resorting to dealy force i.e baton, taser, sap gloves, pepper spray, and bullet/knife resistant clothing.
