Improve our dog park!

Dogs should be able to run on an open field of grass that cusions their paws. People should be able to sit comfortably while they watch their pups run, jump, and frolick with each other. A chain link fence, mulch, and plastic chairs are not suitable circumstances, and should be changed immediately to provide a better experience for both pups and owners. Please help me get funding for our dog park, so my dogs and yours can play together in a field full of fun.
