Punish Owners That Deliberately Starved Dogs! 7-month-old Puppy Was Never Fed!

Three dogs have been luckily rescued from starvation and deplorable living conditions by Sioux City Noah's Hope Animal Rescue of Iowa who asserted that this was the worst case of animal neglect the rescuers have ever seen. The three pooches were found in horrendous shape and all required immediate medical attention. The 7 month old recuperating pup you see in the photo was deliberately starved and received no food of any kind. Investigation is still pending, but with your help we can push for the maximum punishment that the owners rightfully deserve!
