Save my dog Bruno's life

My dog Bruno was seized under the dangerous dog act over a week ago.

I don't know where he is and I haven't heard anything from the police at all. My dog is on a collar lead and halter over his nose and neck every time he is walked.

Three times in one week my dog was attacked once by 3 dogs not on leads and the owner cane to my home and apologized and said it was her fault as her dogs weren't on leads another time a young girl walking her dog and wasn't in control of it and another time at night a black terrier came running out of no where and started biting my dog. I reported these attacks to the police however I am still waiting for someone to come see me regarding these i incidents.

The day the seized my dog I had an appointment with the vets as my dog was injured and I don't even know if he has seen a vet yet.

The police told me that their report would be in to the procurator fiscal (the public prosecutor in Scotland) the next day and I would hear about a date for Court, however over a week has passed and I still haven't heard anything.

I'm worried sick about my dog, he was passed about from pillar to post before I got him, he is the most friendliest happiest dog you will ever meet.

I feel it's a personal vendetta cause he's a big dog, whereas all the dogs in Huntly where I stay are all small. Yet they are the ones that do all the attacking and are never on leads.

I will agree to anything they want me to as long as I get my dog home where he belongs.

Also I have been waiting for my back door to be fixed since the 16th of December if this was fixed my dog would be out in the back garden all day with me.

Please help me save my dog cause this is unfair all cause of the breed if dog he is.
