Victim in financial fraud.My nephew hacked my phone, emails, credit card savings and 2 personal accounts.all together I was taken for 36000.00 dollars.filed charges for fraud.Keep my address, phone numbers up to date.I got no call no letter on my court date They trialed the case One charge dropped nd he piead guilty to the other one.My advocate wasn't even at court they sent in another one from different county and she didn't even turn in my ressitu ion for me to get my money back I feel my rights have been violated.That was my back time money from my disability and my daughters college money.Every dime gone.My credit went to bad on the count of how he handled the accounts.2 life insurance policies got dropped cause a loan was put on them .I would like to see the system make u repay what you have stolen from financial fraud.He got no time nor fined This was his 3 charge
