Legalizing the ability of artists to make and sell their art in our shared public spaces, enriches both our economy and our culture.  When we legalize the sale of art in our public space it empowers and protects our American freedoms and our dreams of opportunity! Right now it is illegal to sell a CD from your guitar case or a painting from your easel down by the beach in Oceanside, California... and that is just plain un-American and unconstitutional. Oceanside California is the land of the free and home of the brave, and for our future and the future of our children we demand the freedom to create a vibrant and successful art community enriching both our economy and our culture.
