No $ 57 Million GALA....can we use our money to make us more?

Dear Prime Minister of Jamaica,

Is it possible for me to get my portion from the GALA Budget? I do have a few bills here (Education related) that are in my opinion more pressing for the use of my funds. I do no support illegal activities as I have always believed in a corruption free country and I have always ensured my taxes are paid. However, over the last few years the "financial situation" portrayed in main stream media has led me to be convinced Jamaicans need to work harder. Now now now....57 million? To be used in one day? On shit? How much do we owe IFM....? Are we ready for the hurricane season? Are our schools in tip top shape for the start of a new school year? Is there WATER in Kingston pipes? Not really any of my business but please inbox me for my banking information so a direct deposit of my GALA funds (as small as it is)....$22.80 (please don't forget the 80 cents )
