On October 23, 2019, Marty Spurlin in Baywood, shot and killed my 6 month old beagle and is PROUD of it. We picked his body up and brought him home to bury him, he was playing in a creek in the field attached to my land. The man has no soul and I tried to file charges against him Thursday but was stopped by the Animal Control Deputy, I tried to file the charges in Galax City and was refereed back to Grayson County. After calls and postings, I received a call from the Supervisor of the ACO, who stated he would assist me and we would meet with the Commonwealth Attorney that Monday. After meeting with the CA and ACO, they stated they would investigate. I am pursing felony and civil charges against this man. I like to add, this is the 2nd 6 month old puppy of mine he has shot and killed and a 3rd one is missing still today but won't rule out the same happened to him. I need your support in honor of Zeus and all of OUR beloved 4 legged furry babies. Shooting our pups just because they are there is a crime, abuse, a felony, Zeus was NOT chasing his cows, nor was my previous pup Butch, but this is always his reason with NO proof, no notifications, just a rifle in his vehicle that he shoots from a state road.
Our pain is unbearable, my tears won't stop, please support me by making it known to Grayson County, the innocent killing has to stop, they are our children. Charges Must be brought against this man.
