HOA TIERED SYSTEM

The Homeowners of the Main Street Subdivision of North Pekin have ask for years for a tiered system to help the homeowners whom want to mow their own yard or shovel their own snow or both. This petition is to get the members all on the same page. Do you support a tiered system or not.
