Stop blackmail by banks on the name of CIBIL

In india few years back government /RBI came with an act credit information act out of which private banks and banks who offer unsecured loans etc came up with a company named CIBIL [Credit information bureou of india limited ] which is not being monitored by RBI properly and has been given free hand to put anyones false information on site , the information provided by the credit institution without checking its authenticity.people who need urgent loans are denied loans coz of CIBIL score , I have filed a petition in State court in punjab but it is been a year no one is responding on it ....Financial mafia is making huge money from blackmail . I need government to act fast and put a full time accountable monitoring authority which listens to people who are getting blackmailed cheated.
