The homeowners in the Village on Maple have concerns with the quality of our homes, built by Pulte. Items such as drywall, HVAC, defective concrete and grading are of the greatest concern. The quality that was promised in our contract is not the quality that we feel we have received. Pulte is not consistent with addressing issues in our community. Outside of Pulte, the homeowners in the Village on Maple ask the city of Mentor to remove the community mail boxes and exchange them for each home owner's personal mailbox. Our community is the only community in the city of Mentor with this type of mailbox. We believe, that due to the status of our homes and to be consistent with the remainder of the city, personal mailboxes are warranted.
We, the undersigned, are concerned homeowners of this community who urge our city leaders to act now to investigate Pulte quality along with our mailbox concerns above.
