Fathers aren't getting enough time with their child/children and are paying a ridiculous amount of child support with no consideration of the Bills we have to pay. In my certain case, I want 50/50 for my daughter and the mother makes more than I do also but I have to pay $400 for child support. She lied about how much she works and only said 6 hours. And I had to bring my last 4 paystubs and she didn't bring hers and they just took her word for it. But instead of putting the correct amount of what she makes an hour they put she makes minimum wage and 40 hours a week. When she makes more than that and over hours a week but she doesn't have a paystub because she was getting paid under the table which she admitted to the case worker she was working under the table and the caseworker ignored it. She also has agreed to 4 different agreements and have changed her mind as she was about to sign. Then the latest agreement which was the 5th one I asked her what she wanted and I literally typed what she said word for word and we both signed it. I gave it to the caseworker and she ignored it and handed it back. Fathers need equal rights!
