Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has just called for raising the retirement age for Social Security and Medicare.

Tell her HELL NO.

If people want to work longer, fine, that's their right. But for many who've worked for decades in a hard, physical job, delaying retirement until 70, 75, 80, or more is not a realistic option.

Social Security and Medicare have been game changers for seniors, especially when it comes to fighting senior poverty. And there are plenty of sensible ways to keep these programs healthy far into the future.

But making people work even longer is not one of them.
