Stop Wells Fargo, Bank of America's Check Cashing Fees!

Wells Fargo and Bank of America, and likely others, charge ever escalating check cashing fees to non-customers, for which they are unwilling to offer a receipt! It is usually, used as an opportunity to recommend the check recipient open an account with the bank in order to avoid these fees. Obviously this creates a tremendous amount of undocumented income to the bank and is a hardship to non-customers who may not have another means of cashing a check. It is a shady practice and abusive of consumers and should be stopped.
