Residential Rights and Management Dishonesty

    The residents of Holiday North Turnkey communities would like to engage a petition pertaining to the handling of residential and business matters. Residents have maintenance issues with mobile in which case the park manager is contacted so that the park maintnance may fix mobile home issues. Park maintnance takes weeks at a time to fix or even show up to look at residents maintnance issues. Both manager and maintnance do not fully do thier duties as per thier work contract nor do they follow through with contracts of order with residents in park. Referals: when reaidents refer other residents, current resident is to recieve one months rent free for the referal move in. Management is not turning the referals in and honoring them. Park manager needs to hold up his end of the deal in honoring and maintaining maintnance issues as well as residential referals.
