Demanding road improvements in Warren county Missouri

The road of Klausmeier/Godt has become deplorable when rock is applied it is what is called screenings which is maybe 1/4 tiny rock and the rest dirt which turns to mud when wet. Also on Godt there is a small bridge with no guard rails. Possible options for correction maintain road with good clean rock and/or pave road. On Godt the bridge needs to be repaired and guard rails put in place for safety.
