End the destruction of our California forests

our forest are being destroyed by the fires occurring in California and even peoples lifes are at risks and to stop these fires we demand that everyone signs a waiver before entering a campsite stating that they are responsible for anything major that occurs in the campsite and to higher fines for anyone caught smoking on forest grounds.
