Railroad traffic

Railroad industries are not regulated when mobile coming into residential communities creating the following issues as followed: trains blocking intersections more than the regulated time govern, trains traffic control having trains to come out and sit on tracks in waiting for other trains to complete travel, trains in stand still that blocks intersection for pedestrians/motor vehicles to cross, noise pollution, weight of trains that runs in residential communities creating infrastructural damage to properties, times of trains traffic that occurs.
