remove corporate loopholes

It is horrendous that major corporations in this country are utilizing every corporate loophole to evade paying corporate taxes.  The normal everyday icitizen does not have these loopholes and are held accountable for the payment of taxes- why should the corporations hve these loopholes.  As an aside, Halliburton is probably the worst offender and that smug faced former Vice Vice Vice whcih he is all about is one of the worst offenders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
