Help Gabby keep her pet goat

Gabby has raised her pet goat, Daisy, since she was 10 days old. Daisy's mother rejected her at birth so she had to live in the house and be bottle fed every 4 hours.  Now our Township is telling us we can't keep Daisy because we don't have enough land.  She would not know how to act on a farm and we are afraid she will get hurt because she has never been away from us.

Please help Gabby keep her pet.
