Demand justice for Valarie

Valarie was adopted from OC Animal care on July 23rd. She was found on August 6th dying in the street from being sexually assaulted. She had trauma to her vagina and her aorta was ruptured. This poor girl was victimized by people who were supposed to be saving her. Demand justice for this disgusting crime! Police are searching for suspects but they could get off with as little as a misdemeanor. This should be classified as a felony. Any person this sick belongs behind bars and not on the streets.
