"Pet Friendly" Apartment Complex Traps Cats; Tell Them To Stop!

An apartment complex that allows cats freedom to live outside that suddenly demands that they be forced to stay indoors is cruel to the animals and their human families.  A business that removes "stray" cats--probably causing their deaths--shouldn't remain in business.  It's the attitude that a landlord is allowed to take any cruel step it wishes, that then promotes insensitive and dangerous behavior toward disadvantaged, elderly or otherwise helpless people.
