Hargrave Military Academy Alumni Against Uranium Mining

A bond that has drawn all of us together from many different areas of this world is Hargrave Military Academy (HMA) and that beloved insitiution that we have spent many years at is in danger of being closed. Virginia Uranium Inc. is in the process of trying to secure permits to mine uranium at the Coles Mill Road site. The site is approximately 6 miles away and down stream from our school. If these permits are granted it is highly likely that our school may have to close. The President of HMA has come out against this mining abd I think we as the alumni need to add our support. Please as graduates of our school sign this petition in an effort to keep our school open.
