Petition to halt unregulated sales of Energy Futures by CitizenRe (DE)

We Petition the SEC to investigate the advertisement, sale, and/or recruitment of individuals in the sale of long-term energy futures contracts to determine that such contracts are in full compliance with futures trading regulations, and that individuals involved in the selling of such are properly licensed to offer futures for sale, and that potential buyers of such are duly informed about the potential risks as the law requires.

which on 2/17/2007 includes the following forward looking statement without qualification or explainaion of risks:

"

We believe that this company cannot deliver on any of its promises,  that the targets of this scheme are the least informed, and that those injured will be those least able to afford injury.
