We're sure you've seen the news. While the rest of the country is moving backward, NEVADA is leading the way to protect abortion rights.

With the Supreme Court of the United States takes up a case that could gut Roe v. Wade, and other states are banning abortion rights, Nevada has taken steps to protect women's reproductive freedom.

Nevada is a pro-choice state, plain and simple. Our legislature passed the Trust Nevada Women Act because we trust women with their own health and reproductive freedom.

With the Trust Nevada Women Act, Nevada affirmed the rights of women by repealing existing prohibitions on abortion and taking politics out of medical conversations between women and doctors.

But there is still more work to be done to improve access to reproductive healthcare in Nevada and that's why we need your help.
