Maximum sentence for a breeder that pounded a newborn tiger cub in Nanchang Zoo, in the Province Jia

A breeder pounded and abused a newborn tiger cub in Nanchang Zoo in the Provinde Jiangxi in Eastern China, therefor he´s been fired, but this is not enough, we damand maximum sentence for him!!! What he did to the poor defenceless, newborn tiger cub was barbaric and cruel, so he really needs to be punished hard, with Jail time if possible.
