This petition is very simply to STOP the closing of Tamassee-Salem Middle and High School at the end of the 2015-2016 school year. Our school is very important and crucial not only to the students of Salem, SC but also to the teachers, coaches and faculty members! Not only that TSM and TSH are crucial to the life of the town of Salem, SC!!! 

The signatures represented here are to CLEARLY represent those of us desiring a "NO" vote to close our school and a "NO" vote to combine Tamassee-Salem Middle and High Schools with Walhalla Schools!!!!

The students of Salem are the ones who will be affected the most and it is in their best interest to keep Tamassee-Salem Middle and High School open! The schools test scores prove and their desire to remain at Tamassee-Salem prove they are NOT suffering in any way from not having bigger school numbers.

Please, search the source of your convictions in this matter! Do what is right and good for the students, teachers, coaches, facutly members, and families of Tamassee-Salem Middle and High Schools!!! Do what is right for the town of Salem, SC!!! Keep Tamassee-Salem Middle and High School open!!!
