Immediate attention is needed for the Twin Creek Ranch

Horses have been found with such characteristics as open and untreated wounds, rain-rot, internal parasites, lice, protruding hip, rib and tail bones, unkempt and matted manes and tails, mouth sores, and painfully split, broken and long hooves that inhibit merely walking with long time corrective hoof care and leg care necessary. Throughout the years, vets have examined and documented conditions there. People in the horse community and local non-horse people have become greatly concerned for the well being of these animals. Horses and multiple cats and dogs as well as some horses and two donkeys have been removed by humane organizations to fosters as well. Animals are sinking in manure and are in deplorable conditions and exposed to te elements with no cover.

Proper evidence collected throughout the years,
resulting in little to no permanent final solution. Unsanitary, poor manure management, proven cause for lice and parasite infested horses, repeated veterinarian collaborating reports, poor quality hay containing hazardous material, inadequate management in pastures and poor fencing includes unsafe twine string tying, cluttering, tin with jagged edges, broken boards with nails exposed, etc. This would deem dangerous, hazardous to humans and animals, and proven to be unhealthy to horses. Repeated and continued ASPCA attention has shown dying and malnourished horses as well as repeated unfounded and false excuses by Renee.
Experts indicate that horse neglect and abuse is on the rise nationwide. Horses, donkeys, Llamas,dogs and cats are being starved and in severe neglect as their owners repeatedly continue to also breed some rescues from other cases. The purpose of this petition is to join together to show your support for efforts to facilitate the removal of the horses from and to prevent them from future abuse and neglect at the hands of Renee Nyken.
