Thank LUSH for its Support of Same-Sex Marriage

The cosmetics chain LUSH, which operates over 600 stores in 43 countries, has taken an official progressive stance on the controversial issue of same-sex marriage in the United States.

LUSH now offers a soap called "Freedom Foamer"; proceeds from its sales will directly benefit same-sex marriage groups. LUSH customers can also fill out postcards inside U.S. LUSH stores asking their congressperson to fight for LGBT rights.

On its website, LUSH representatives wrote, "At LUSH we believe that ALL our employees, customers and communities are valued and should be protected equally...We must work together to fight against discrimination, wherever it appears. Today, that discrimination is against same-sex marriage."
