The rights of animals. We demand that the senate reattribute the right, "endowed with feelings" to animals !

The 23rd January 2015, the Senate has taken a step backwards concerning the acknowledgment that animals are "endowed with feelings" granted by the National Ensemble in october 2014

Indeed, the Senate has cancelled the right "living beings endowed with feelings" granted by the National Assembly to animals, during the new reading of the text of the simplification of the rights and procedures.

It is up to the Assembly to appeal to this final decision for the text as a whole.
