Unfair Judge Cheri Pham in Orange County CA, Issues Custody To Abusive Ex-husband Who's Only Goa

Hello and thanks for your time and patience. I have done all but receive no results. im a mother in dyer need of help. i lost my child to a domestic violence criminal who has abused not only minors but family as well. The judge by the name of Cheri Pham did not listen or take into consideration the thoughts and comments that i as a mother had to say. I was tormented by the decision that she made after even hearing that their was a childmolestation investigation against the father. I was torn away from my child as the judge gave the rulling to the father as to : 5 yr Restraining order. with out vissitation, or even the chance for either me or my child hear our voice. please i ask that this be brought in the publics eye as it may occur to any parent or guardian. Please help me bring this to justice. I am a well aware that the father has connection within the OC sheriffs as to in the court as well. I look foward to hearing any info as to this matter as your opinion may help at this point of heart ache.

Its a discrimination judge to not hear a  mothers word who has been victim of an abusive domestic violence with sons dad in the past he has been arrested for domestic violence and child endangerment and a report from someone to child protective services for child molestation and neglect of our child he is an American citizen and IM not but this judge have made me feel the worst pain I ever had felt and not even let me said a word I felt like I have no rights to my son and making me feel like if IM the worst criminal  person ever and granted the dad with the restraining order active for five years which includes my son on it and not just that but to send me to do classes for anger management and battered when IM the victim and he is the abuser and violent I just ask to please my case for consideration for me as a worried  mother hearth broken thanks to this judge she cause not just my pain and tears but my sons too by being away from either parent I think that's the worst a child can go through in his childhood which he wont never be or feel the same without a mother being in their life  just like a parent without their kids  and thanks for a judge who is racist and no matter what made a wrongful order and gave custody to a abusive .Violent parent who only hurts me as mother and so my son since even before he was born until now just cause he is an American I plead to anyone who reads this give an advice or any kind of help to get back my sons custody or visitations rights its been since January 2 2011 I haven't seen or hear my sons voice or be able to hug him which it brings the world down when I think it will five more years like this I declare that all this IM saying its  correct and truthful thanks for your time and support god bless you all .
