There will never be a change in the way International School of Skin Nails and Massage Therapy is ran. WE deserve better than this and demand either refunds of our educationor lack of education, product we never recieved that was promised to us! Lets all come together STUDENTS AND NON STUDENTS; IF YOU AGREE THAT THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE PLEASE SIGN BELOW. Its time we state the truth about whats really going on here at ISSNMT and put an end to this madness once and for ALL....
WE ARE TIRED OF THE WAY WERE BEING TREATED
Almost all of the students that have attended this school or are currently attending this school have something there not happy with at this school. We have all came together to tell our story because maybe someone can direct us on how we can make this stop....
Here is a list of what we have delt with while attending issnmt school in 2015-2016
of this schools policy changes, lies from head director and staff, hours missing, no refund checks given and not even working restrooms and no product to preform our services with. from the restrooms to not getting our product kits we were promised when we were given our acceptance forms from the school.
My disappointment level from this school is beyond expectable. I'm embarrassed to even admit that I graduated from this school because rumor has it that this school is a JOKE.
MOST STUDENTS THAT HAVE ATTEMPTED TO GO HERE END UP TRANSFERING TO A SCHOOL A FEW MILES AWAY CALL ELAINE STERLING. If your not so lucky to transfer this school is a nightmare everyday...
I was very unhappy with all the staffs professionalism.
Below is a list of unfair treatment that we have been given at ISSNMT.
- Students never recieved their refund checks we have been told we get
- your promised a kit for your specific degree that they never the Massage students ours until we pay back our full student loan amount. Nail techs and estecians have to wait months before they recieve theirs and sometime they dont get it till graduation.
- Never consitancey, Staff changes monthly and rules change weekly.
- Being overcharged for the tutition and the education that goes with it is not even worth that price!
- Not given learning material like books or study guides and lack of equiment or product in each department to preform OUR tasks No product to perform facials only one face cream (NO sheets for massage tables, NO headrest covers, NO barbised for cleaning, NO hand sanitzer, NO tolite paper and papertowels in restrooms, and at times NOT even soap to wash our hands. We never have clean sheets, we even had 1 working dryer out of 3 to dry our towels and sheets.
- We are promised as students a KIT so we are able to perform are are tasks. EX: The esthetician students dont even get the make up kit tat they need to practice applications on clients. the Massage Therapy Students are told they recieve a Massage table and chair massage table and none of the massage therpy students that have graduated up to 6months ago have recieved these things we are promised in our tutition cost.
- For months there werent even working restrooms, we had to go to a nearby bathroom in the complex.
There is SO MUCH MORE but I hope you get the point, WE STUDENTS ARE BEING MISTREATED...
- I started speaking about my thoughts to fellow stdents ad found out there feeling were mutural. I knew that it was time to stand up for all of us students at Issnmt school and demand a change..
