Petition IN FAVOR of Rezone 5.23 Acres as the Intersection of Longtown and Rimer Ponds Roads in Richland County

This is a 5.23 Acre site at a signalized interchange at the corner of Longtown and Rimer Ponds Roads. The desire is to have a neighborhood center, approximately 9,000 sf which will have 4 spaces for rent. The proposed uses for the centers are Deli and Pizza, Hair Salon, UPS Store and Insurance Agent. This center will be a quick place for residents of the area to get services they desire, on the way to and home from work, without having to get out into the traffic of Clemson and Harscrabble roads.
