Vote To RECALL OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

We the People do hereby state that the government has become destructive to these ends, and it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government.

We the People of the United States do hearby establish with our collective signatures, a vote to recall all elected officials at the state and federal level in all 50 States and 1 District and do hereby intend to alter or abolish and institute a new government, as is our right under The Constitution of the United States..

We do hearby charge each elected official with the following:

1. Failure to adhere to the Constitution of the United States of America.

2. Failure to adhere to rights of the people under the Constitution of the United States of America.

3. Attempts to usurp power designated to each state or district as governed under the Constitution of the United States of America.

4. Attempts to usurp the power designated to the people by the Constitution of the United States of America.

5. Failure to protect the citizens of the United States of America from forces foreign and domestic.

We the undersigned to hereby, state in unison, that We the People of The United States of America have knowingly, willing, without reservation, and under no durress cast a vote to Recall all State and Federal elected officials.
