Ban Gas Chambers in W.VA. Animal Shelters

The Federation of Humane Organizations of W.Va has sponsored a bill which would ban the use of carbon monoxide to euthanize animals.  Please help to eliminate the prolonged and painful death of animals, who by no fault of their own, end up in West Virginia county run animal shelters.  Please sign is support of SB501 which would forbid the use of gas chambers to euthanize animals in W.Va.
