being wrongly accused off brusing my 6 month old baby

i am a mother off 3 children and my 6 year old son was trying to give my 6 month old baby his dummy and my 6 year old son pushed my babys arm over the side off his swing chair and my baby got a broken arm and because it caused a spirrel fracture i and my partner are now going through court they want to take my children away and my children are so dissroyed by what is going on all they want is to be home with there mum and with there comforts. they all say they are doing what is best for the children how is taking them from the poeple that love them the most and from the place where they most want to be and where they feel safe any good for them they are dissroying well loving famileys that adore there children a would never harm there children for one second some thing has to be done because ive lost all faith in life in the sistem and in justis any one that can deal with there baby or older children at home my advice is to do so dont trust any one but you with your lovely children.
