Change FaceBook's Policy on Animal Abuse Publication

An inordinate amount of time is spent reporting animal abuse and torture videos for   "entertainment purposes"  to Face Book.  Face Book requires 250 complaints per picture and video to initiate removal.  The number of complaints needed to remove an offensive post should be vastly smaller and the time frame for removal much shorter. 

Further, those who have posted these pics and videos receive no consequences for their action, they are allowed to continue on and to stay as members of the Face Book community.  We propose that sanctions be brought against those who are posting this kind of material, whether it be temporary suspension from FB or permanent removal.
